1. One- Day Seminar – “Introduction to Automotive Quality Management System” based on ISO 16949 AQMS scheduled for 13.02.2017
This one – day seminar aim is to introduce you the new quality standard ISO/TS 16949 specifically written for the automotive industry for the processes of delivery and production of high quality automobile parts and promote the need of satisfied suppliers and stakeholders as well as to promote chance for the Macedonian automobile parts providers to compete with the international known suppliers that operate on the world’s automobile market. 2. Certified Lead Project Manager - face-to face training “Become Certified Lead Project Manager”
This five-day intensive course will enable the participants to develop the necessary expertise to support an organization in implementing Guidance on Project Management as specified in ISO 21500. Participants will gain a thorough understanding of best practices used to implement and manage project management processes. As well as acquiring a right to get Certified Lead Project Managers by accredited certification body – PECB. (More to read on the following link). This training is expected to be hold on 27.02.2017 in Skopje, Macedonia.
3. Certified Outsourcing Manager - three day intensive face-to face training “Introduction to outsourcing management”
This three-day intensive course will enable the participants to develop the necessary expertise to support an organization in outsourcing its activities based on ISO/IEC 37500. The training covers the entire outsourcing lifecycle and provides a framework which specifies a common outsourcing terminology, defines the actors and their roles in outsourcing lifecycle and governance, provides an industry generic foundation which can be tailored to suit sector specific requirements, describes the processes necessary to fit the outsourcing strategy and aims to enable mutually beneficial collaborative relationships.
